This portal – currently under construction – is designed to speed and simplify vendor interactions with Severstal Columbus. The sub-tabs – shown on the left– will enable you to gather information and conduct business with Severstal Columbus on a real-time basis:
- The RFP Tabs will contain posted requests for bids and proposals, along with a submission form and an RFP status page.
- The Vendor Certification Tab will provide a downloadable document detailing the Severstal Columbus vendor certification program, and an online form to apply for vendor certification.
- Severstal Columbus will also provide its own corporate Certifications in this section.
- The Vendor FAQ Tab will include the most commonly-asked questions about becoming a Severstal Columbus vendor.
- The Communications Center provides a fast, secure way to connect with your Severstal Columbus vendor representative 24/7. This page also provides a single point of communication from Severstal Columbus to individual vendors.
As the Severstal Columbus facility comes on line, we will be seeking vendors to provide ongoing products and services. We will post those needs in the RFP tab.
RFP’s will be posted on the MySeverstal Columbus site, and responses must be completed using the RFP response form located here.
If you are a supply (scrap) partner, there will be an additional tab that includes Shipping Notice Entry, Scale Log and Contract pages.
Please keep in mind that this portal is yet to be enabled, and the final format may contain minor changes in organization or description. Registered users will be notified by e-mail when this portal is activated.
