This portal – currently under construction – is designed to speed and simplify customer interactions with Severstal Columbus.
The sub-tabs – shown on the left – will enable you to gather information and conduct business with Severstal Columbus on a real-time basis:
- The Credit Application Tab provides a downloadable credit application for organizations ready to begin a customer relationship with Severstal Columbus.
- The Reservations Tab will provide up-to-date information on your available tonnage. This may include a view of our current production schedules.
- The Order Entry and Order Status Tabs will enable you to place and track orders though our entire facility.
- The Shipping Tab will provide information on carriers and a direct link that enables you to track shipments.
- The Invoicing Tab will enable customers to reconcile orders, shipping logs and invoicing online, and eventually will provide a complete business systems link to Severstal Columbus.
- The Communications Center provides a fast, secure way to connect with your Severstal Columbus sales representative 24/7. This page also provides a single point of communication from Severstal Columbus to individual customers.
- The Special Opportunities tab will provide a single source of information on spot rolling opportunities and excess product inventory to service your immediate material needs.
Please keep in mind that this portal is yet to be enabled, and the final format may contain minor changes in organization or description. Registered users will be notified by e-mail when this portal is activated.
